Hitler began to attack and take over nearby countries. In 1939, he attacked Poland. Because of this attack, other countries like Britain and France declared war, and World War II began.

2. How did the Second World War came to an end?
Ans: World War II came to an end in 1945. In Europe, the war ended when Germany surrendered on 7 May 1945. In Asia the war ended when Japan surrendered on 2 September 1945. So World War II ended after Germany and Japan surrendered in 1945.
