Ch. 7 – The Path of Freedom

4. Strikes – Acts where people collectively refuse to work because their demands have not been met.

British laws were strict and unjust.
2. Discuss the Dandi March.
ANS- The Dandi March was started by Mahatma Gandhi in 1930.
He walked from Sabarmati Ashram to Dandi, a village in Gujrat, to protest against the British salt law.
Gandhi made salt from sea water to show that Indians could make their own salt.
