Ans- The Kalinga war made Ashoka very sad because many people died. After the war, he decided to stop fighting and follow the path of peace and kindness.

Ans-  Ashoka built hospitals, roads, and wells for people and animals.
 He planted trees and helped poor and sick people.
He taught people to live in peace and be kind to everyone.
